What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped via Delivro, FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. We reserve the right to use other carriers if necessary.
Can I request specific shipping methods?

What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?
In case of loss or damage during transit, you will need to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. We will assist you in this process, but replacement items cannot be sent until the carrier completes their investigation.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box address, you will be responsible for additional charges required for delivery.
